ensuring smooth inner and outer walls. They feature extruded aluminum
floors, galvaneal or stainless steel rear frames, galvanized Z post
on 16” centers, up to 5” of poured polyurethane insulation,
seamless fiberglass lining, 16” of scuff, 3” I Beam cross
members 12” on center and a number or standard and custom options.

Fresh Max Light-weight
Our 6’ – 14’ light-weight bodies
are designed for light duty commercial vehicles. We offer a 6’
& 8’ slip in for compact and full size pick ups and 6’
– 14’ chassis mounted bodies. Bodies weigh 120 lbs / ft
and usually weigh half the weight of the competition. Bodies feature
3-4” of insulation, seamless aluminum inner and outer skins. Body
panels are pressure bonded to structural foam for incredible strength
and durability. The light-weight is so durable we typically mount bodies
on 2-3 chassis during its life time.
